The Competent Authority, Delhi Jal Board is pleased to grant the extension of
contractual engagement to the following Data Entry Operators working in Delhi Jal Board
on contract basis engaged through M/s ICSIL as per the existing General terms &
Conditions of Contractual employees vide No. DJB/AC(D)/Gen.G. Cont.Eng. /2013/87997
to 88542 dated 30/07/20 13 issued by the office of Dir.(A&P)
DJB/AC[D)/Gen.G./Cont. Eng./73156 dated 29/05/2014 issued by the office of AC(D), for
a period of 1 year with 02 days break as mentioned against each :

The other terns & conditions of engagement of Data Entry Operators reproduced as
under:
1. Remnuneration in respect of Data Entry Operators on contract basis will be paid as
per Guidelines of Labour Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as per Minimum Wages
Act.
2. No other allowances or facilities, available to regular employees, shall be payable to
person engaged on contract basis unless specifically agrees to.

3. The liability in r/o DEOs will rest with M/S TCSIL and ncccssary will be paid by
M/s ICSIL its
vendor per
month to cach DEO.
4 It is made
abundantly clcar that the
assignment is purely on
contractual nature
and confers no right of
appointment or
placement in Delhi Jal Board or any other
departıment under upon the nced and their
payment will be made
accordingly.
5. The
Department shall
monitor
his/her
performance and
further
extension of
contractual
engagement will
depend upon
his/her
performance. The
decision of the
administration of DJB will be final in this case.
His/her
appointment of
contract
basis may be
terminated at any time in this case
his/her
performance/attitude is
found
unsatisfactory
without any
notice.
6. The
Department will not bear any kind of
liability/responsibilities
during the period
he/she
remain on
contractual
appointment will
Delhi Jal
Board
except
payment of
monthly contractual remuneration.
7.
He/she will not
entitle to
claim for any
extension of the
contractual
engagement of
his/her services.
8.
DJB will not hold any
responsibility of
incident/accident
occurred
during
his/her
contract period.
9.
The
above
period of
engagement of
contract
may be
extended or
curtailed at the
sole
discretions of the
Competent
Authority.
10.The
DEOs
will
avail
holiday as per the
hoiday of the
concerned
department. They
can
avail a
maximum of one
day
casual
leave
during a
month,
which
could be
carried
forward to the
following
months.
